My reaction to The Hunger Games changed throughout the book. At first I was interested but it was kind of boring.This was the part of the book before the games. During the games I was hooked and I couldn't put it down. I actually got in trouble because I didn't do anything but read. I think at the end of the book I was surprised but a little disappointed with Katniss. I didn't think she handled things with Peeta right. I loved the book over all and would recomend it to anyone that is mature enough to read it. I also think that it is a good book for classes to read and have group discussions and debates.
